Honda CBX 1000 Top Engine Mount

The new Honda CBX1000 1978 – 1982 top engine mounts are sold as pairs, left and right, and the 6061 aluminum, direct replacement, O/E oil cooler bracket will fit the mounts. Machined finish.

Honda CBX 1000 Drop Sump

Honda CBX1000 6 drop sump, 30mm deep, extra oil, cooling fins, sump plug at the rear for protection, no need to use O/E sump this sump is one piece, eliminates one join less chance of oil leak, 6061 H/T Aluminum. Comes with screws. I use them on my big engines to add extra oil for cooling and run with RPE cooler kit.

It cannot run under sump exhausts.

Honda CBX1000 oil cooler support brackets for aftermarket cooler will work with O/E engine mounts and RPE Billet engine mounts, cooler kits available from RPE, CBX1000, CB750 SOHC, and CB750/900/1100 F DOHC

Honda CB750, CBX1000 Tappet Cover Tacho Drive Plugs

When running digital instruments and the tacho cable is dropped replace the drive with RPE replacement plugs to give a nice clean look, O Ring on the RPE plug will also allow drive and seal removal without any oil leaks.

Honda CB750 SOHC 1969-1978 Starter Idler Gear

O/E Idler gears are becoming less available, the cast gear becomes stripped of teeth on backfire so RPE has developed a replacement induction gear, and machining is needed. Steel gear only supplied the O/E gear picture only.

Oil Coolers

RPE builds big engines that generate heat from extra horsepower, RPE has developed an oil cooler system to help remove the heat, the engines are air-cooled, to help reduce heat from the engine, heat from the oil is the alternative cooling. The oil is diverted from the return line from the engine through the cooler and then back to the tank. Other systems divert the oil from under the oil filter which I feel is disruptive to the mains pressure of the engine by running through oil lines and cooler which can be restrictive.
RPE kit contains Aeroflow cooler 13 or 19 row, Dash 8 oil lines, RPE billet oil fittings one engine and one tank fittings, two oil line frame to oil line clamps, RPE brackets to hold cooler to frame with screws and spacers.

Ignitions

Honda CB750 SOHC 1969-1978, Honda CB750/900/1100F DOHC

RPE has combined with Ignitech to develop ignitions.

RPE manufactures the pick up backing plate and trigger wheel to combine with ignitech for a package to suit CB750 SOHC and Boldors.

Pcckage includes, Module, coils, leads, wiring harness, pickup, backing plate for pickup, trigger wheel and instructions.
